Privacy Policy

The GP practice is  the 'Data Controller' for your patient data. Personal Data: Names, addresses, contact numbers, dates of birth, and next of kin.

We hold your highly sensitive information including medical/treatment notes, diagnoses, test results, ethnicity, and religious beliefs (if required for healthcare) this data is confidentialy shared with:

  • Hospitals: Consultants, district nurses, and mental health teams.
  •  Pharmacists, dentists, and opticians.
  • Out-of-Hours & Emergency Services: So clinicians treating you outside of normal hours have your medical history.
